| But this will suffice. First and foremost, this is a small business - I'm not filthy rich, not even rich. I didn't get into this to get rich. You coming into the business with Hector, Adam, and Steve, and myself was a large step towards an idea for the business which was a mutual effort among Hector, yourself, and I. Once I finished the mandrel bender we started making plans to move into a larger shop and do big things. Problem was that the team was incomplete in ways, unbeknownst to any of us at the time where those problems would be. Regardless, we all went into it, side by side. As the business evolved and grew, we made new products some of which were financed by yourself, some by others. Through the course of time borrowed funds were paid back to others - you saw first hand that people were paid back - that is how I operate. There were some personal issues that came up in my life which admittedly were distracting, no where near as expensive as you make them out to be. But that was beside the point... Main thing that needs to be known here is that you were getting paid each week - your girlfriend made sure of that! You had always come up with good ideas, you're a sharp guy, a quick learner. Problem was that you started getting your own ideas about how to run the business of which was never in your job description. There were several times when you did not agree with me and you simply disappeared for several days on end as a result. This set us back each time this happened and was simply because you did not agree with the decisions I was making. You were out of line here. Then the idea of creating IST came along which looked like it would be a great opportunity for you to have the kind of autonomy you were looking for but that fell through and when it did, so too did your desire to really put the effort into the work the company needed you to do. I had several conversations with you about your lacking and even had a company meeting where I outlined everything I needed you to do so we could stay on top of things. The bottom line here was you were being paid each week for your time but you just seemed to lose interest and focus on what the company was doing. Then when IST failed to launch, you just gave up. In the time since, I have made several financial arrangements with you that put money in your pocket - a decent percentage of the total since you left. I have also made my shop completely and entirely available to your disposal - I have spent who knows how many hours directly helping you build this or that for your hobbies, you and your buddy have used my lift, tools, so many things here on so many occasions over the past ~8 months and I've always done it because I thought it was the right thing to do beings we have outstanding business to deal with. I contacted you two weeks ago to tell you I haven't forgotten about your input into the business and that I am working on getting settled up, as in, settled up in very short time. Apparently you received an email from someone where you felt I spoke of you unfairly. I'm pretty sure I know who it is and I know exactly what I said and none of it was a lie. For all intents and purposes it was the explanation of the effects of the fallout with you and the kind of additional workload it put on myself. Despite what you say about how I lie to customers, I dont. And you can read the email once again that you got that you felt I spoke of you poorly in - I simply told the customer what situation I was in to try and appease their concerns for the wait time on getting their order filled. I would rather not indulge facts about the business like that to customers but I really suck at making up stories. Your attempt to try and paint a picture of me being some fly-by-night fraud is colorful, but untrue. Now can we handle this like grown adults and have a face to face conversation about this? None of this needed to go on the forums....
